Reviews and Ratings
Our family decided to stay at this hotel during winter, looking forward to the indoor waterpark, but I was quite disappointed with our experience. The facilities were less than ideal, especially the waterpark which had not only limited access but also several broken features. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it somewhat bearable, but the service could use improvement. Overall, for the price, I expected a lot more from this place.
Our stay at the hotel was mixed. The indoor waterpark was a hit with the kids, providing plenty of fun for all ages. However, the overall management of the facilities seemed lacking, as they neglected several maintenance issues and service hiccups. The pricing felt steep for what we received, especially with some amenities unavailable, but the accommodations were spacious and the rooms were clean.
While King's Pointe has a good indoor waterpark that kids enjoy, there are some significant drawbacks to consider. The service during our visit was inconsistent, with delays and mix-ups in the restaurant. The room was clean but had some wear and tear, which was disappointing given the price. Overall, it's a decent place for families, but improvements are needed in different areas.
I had a mixed experience at King's Pointe. The indoor waterpark was a hit with the kids, and the rooms were clean and spacious. However, there were some disappointments with both the outdoor waterpark being closed and the limited dining options. While the hotel has great potential, some management oversights can impact the overall experience.
We had an average stay at the hotel, with a mix of positive and negative experiences. The indoor waterpark was a highlight, providing fun for our kids, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we faced issues with cleanliness in our room and noisy neighbors, which impacted our comfort. Overall, adequate, but there are areas needing improvement, especially regarding room cleanliness and noise levels.
